How it all works...

We agree with you the content, style and timing of the material/information/ assessment you wish to be delivered to your delegates. We will co-ordinate the whole process for you.

Much of the material currently used by our clients is produced from existing material.

An example of a clients' support programme for a Seminar:-

  • Day -7, Invitation (with RSVP via Email). Email address captured
  • Day -5, Delegate information pack: agenda, venue, directions etc.
  • Day -3, 5 minute audio module (Welcome and Intro from the Chairman).
  • Day -1, Pre event questionnaire. online assessment system

 Day 0, Event takes place

  • Day +1, 4 minute Thank you audio module.
  • Day +2, Evaluation of delegates' level of understanding online assessment system
  • Day +6, Follow up information pack together with seminar feedback

Future Marketing

  • Day +14, Invitation and diary of future events.Ongoing online marketing

 

   Sell your Courses to clients Online

We can help you create courses to sell online. A course is a stand-alone program delivered without the need of intervention and sold by you to the client online via credit/debit card

You point your client in the direction of the course best suited to them, using the Communicator's Assistant. The individual registers and purchases the course.

All links to materials are delivered to your client's Email address in a prescribed time-bound, bite-sized fashion set by you, when you created the course. Over any period, from one day to one year!

With today's technology, media such as audio, video and text, can be downloaded or transferred from a PC to mp3 players (ipod), mp4 players, mobile phones, and other devices.

  Assessment System

Our unique online assessment system allows you to design and provide your clients with:- questionnaires, quizzes, evaluations, tests, surveys and any other measureable feedback. All delivered in your own brand from your own website.

  Products

If you need to support your business with the sale of physical products, such as books, CDs etc, you simply upload details and a picture of the product to your own e-shop and clients can purchase them online. When a product is sold you are informed by Email so you can fulfil the order. E-Books can be delivered immediately and automatically.

 

  So how easy is it to get moving?

  Do you have an existing website?

If so, your Communicator's Assistant can either work in conjunction with your existing site via a simple link or indeed replace it entirely.
