These are the terms and conditions applying to the sale of Web Smart standard terms and conditions and privacy policy by DPC Services Limited.

 

This product is designed for use in the UK only.

This product is supplied for personal use by the buyer in respect of the buyer's business. charity or club.  It is not to be resold or passed to third parties for commercial advantage.

 

DPC Services Limited reserves the right to refuse orders for any reason at its discretion.

 

There is no right to cancel your purchase once Web Smart has been downloaded onto your computer.

 

Payment may be made by PayPal only.

 

DPC Services Limited shall only be liable for direct losses flowing from any breach of its obligations under this agreement.  To the extent permitted by law all conditions, warranties and remedies imposed or implied by applicable law are expressly excluded except as provided in the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977. 

 

DPC Services Limited shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses or special damages. 

 

DPC Services Limited shall not be liable for any failings in the payment system.
